PAC Symposium

Last post I wrote about the PAC Symposium. Well, I went there and the whole conference exceeded my expectations. After an introduction speech it was time for the first lecture. For this lecture the organisation had arranged a chemist from Hungary. He gave a very good lecture about Boiling Points in science and in Hungarian life. And the fact that he was often seen as a horrible man for doing chemistry, while his wife, a dentist, was loved by the whole society.

After some more lectures about un-boiling eggs, ancient roman chemistry and scent, it was time to have dinner in a restaurant near Neude in Utrecht. This restaurant was able to serve 60 great dinners. After dinner the organisation also planned a party. This party went on for some hours, and around 23.00 the only two CDL members left decided they went home.
